Patricia Ann Billiard, 95, of Charlotte, North Carolina, formerly longtime resident of Mulberry, Kansas, died at 9:45 A.M. Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Brookdale Carriage Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Mrs. Billiard was born September 14, 1930 at Curranville, Kansas the daughter of John and Anna Goodman Wilson. Pat was a clerk/bookkeeper for the Crawford County Treasurer and Crawford County Clerks Offices. She was raised in Foxtown and graduated from Mulberry High School. She married Billy Joe Billiard on September 4, 1954 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Arma, Kansas. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Arma, Kansas and St. Matthew Catholic Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the American Legion Auxiliary Post #176 in Mulberry, Kansas. Survivors include her husband, Billy Joe Billiard of Charlotte, North Carolina, a son, Jody (Jennifer) Billiard of Matthews, North Carolina, five grandchildren, Hannah Billiard of Jackson, Mississippi, Sarah Billiard (Drew) Blakely of Wilmington, North Carolina, David (fiancé Kara Schmit) Billiard of Charlotte, North Carolina, Benjamin (Makayla) Billiard of Lynchburg, Virginia, and Mario Montes of Honduras, and a sister, Marilyn Cowan of Mulberry, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Wilson.
Mrs. Billiard has been cremated according to her wishes. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Arma, Kansas. The family suggests memorials to the Mulberry Funeral Dinner Fund or St. Joseph Catholic Church in Arma, Kansas. Donations may be sent to or left at the Bedene Funeral Home, 517 E. Washington, Box 621, Arma, Kansas 66712.
