Frank R. Rodich, 91, of Pittsburg, Kansas, formerly of Frontenac, Kansas died at 1:23 P.M. Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburg, Kansas.

Mr. Rodich was born March 21, 1934 at Arma, Kansas the son of George and Grace Ulaga Rodich. Frank was a retired Prudential Insurance Agent where he worked for 30 years. He was raised in Arma and graduated from Arma High School in the Class of 1952. He also lived in the Pittsburg and Frontenac area for many years. He worked at the Kansas City Southern Railroad and Meadow Gold Milk before going to work for Prudential. He married Emmaline Viranda on August 5, 1955 at Grace United Methodist Church in Pittsburg. Mrs. Rodich survives at the home. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Emmaline of Pittsburg, a daughter, Debra (Rick) Jarboe of Fayetteville, Arkansas, two sons, Steven (Cynthia) Rodich of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Randall Rodich of Graniteville, South Carolina, three grandchildren, Jordan Rodich, Rachael Lippe, and Christopher Rodich, and six great grandchildren, Hudson Rodich and Emma Rodich, Ava and Kate Lippe, and Gauge and Rosalyn Rodich. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Rose Eschner, Victoria Rodich, and Lucille Rodich, and five brothers, George, Joseph, Adolph, William, and infant brother, John Rodich.

Funeral services will be at 10 A.M. Thursday, April 17, 2025 at the Bedene Funeral Home at Arma, Kansas with Pastor Linda Stotler officiating. Burial will be at the Pittsburg Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 P.M. Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Bedene Chapel. The family suggests memorials to the Southeast Kansas Humane Society or the Grace United Methodist Church. Donations may be sent to or left at the Bedene Funeral Home, 517 East Washington, Box 621, Arma, Kansas 66712.

    You had the most beautiful smile and were a terrific uncle.
    I am grateful for the wonderful memories of being with you, Aunt Emmaline and Steve, Randy and Deb when we visited from Chicago. And I loved the time we spent together as adults.

    I am so sorry by of Uncle Franks death. May God’s love will give the family the strength at this. He lived a long life with was enriched with wonderful children and grandchildren. Aunt Emmiline I will keep you in my prayers during this time of sorrow.
